2008 Local Arrangements

Monday-Thursday from 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. and Friday from 9:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.

The 2008 workshop will be held at the National Archives-Southwest Region, facility at 501 West Felix Street, Building 1, Fort Worth, Texas.

Lodging & Transportation
RIGS Alliance workshop participants are responsible for making their own reservations and paying for their own lodging, and for their own transportation for this event. Reservations should be made as soon as possible to ensure that you have accommodations at a location and price you prefer.

Dining
There's no need to rush around looking for a place to eat at noon. RIGS Alliance will provided food for lunch (Monday-Thursday) and breaks (all five days) for workshop attendees.

Participants are responsible for their own breakfast and evening meal during each workshop.

Travel
Air or ground transportation to Fort Worth is the responsibility of workshop attendees. The tuition and fees do not include airfare or ground transportation. However, you may wish to use the services of our recommended travel agent, Nancy Mettes, at Damar Travel, who will work with you to obtain the best airfare available to and from Fort Worth.
